DISCLOSURE aka PRICING
We strive to serve our community with safe products, insured staff and fair pricing. There are three aspects to your invoices: 1. Labor and we determine this as time involved and the task at hand, we use your size space to determine the rate: example: 1500 sq.ft. is $150 and so forth. 2. Materials- we use high quality products and linens to clean your home/businesses. We start with a base rate of $35 for materials used in under 1500 sq.ft. and goes up based on usage. 3. Processing fee- per state law we have a 3.5% fee for credit and debit cards. We do offer a cash discount of 3.5%
Repairs or broken items need to be disclosed prior to service, we document our services using photo & video.
