Spring/ Lived in Deep Clean

 *SPRING CLEANS are cleaning services for homes that require a “Deep Clean” but are staying lived in. This service is a thorough cleaning of all areas of the home, excluding the interior of cabinets and inside the refrigerator. This service starts at $350 and $68 for materials used to restore your home. Added time or products is done on a case-by-case basis**. A $100 Deposit is due upon boo

Move OUT/ Move IN DEEP CLEAN

“DEEP CLEANS "These cleaning services are BY APPOINTMENT ONLY*** CONSULTATION REQUIRED ***Our DEEP clean is the most extensive clean and includes a full home interior reset to pristine condition. Prices are condition and sized based. A 20% deposit is due upon agreement proposal prior to booking. This is residential and commercial cleaning service. Our base rate starts at $400, plus $88 for materials. WE HAVE AN EXCLUSIVE TEAM FOR THIS SERVICE

SHINE BASIC/ MAINTENANCE CLEAN

BASIC CLEANING SERVICE: Square Foot plus Materials***example 2000 square foot home is $235 plus standard materials $40 and any pet add on is between $10-$25. This is a guide for you to know what to expect with a cost basic clean, we clean everything so you don‘t have to!  If your home is not in a basic clean condition we suggest you book SPRING or (lived in deep clean) before booking a basic clean, we will not perform services without this disclosure of the condition. We base our prices on SIZE.

AFTER CONSTRUCTION CLEANING SERVICES

Quote required. Price based upon task and starts at ,10-.75 per square feet, 

COMMERCIAL CLEANING

This price starts at $185 for under 1500 sq.ft. plus supplies needed determine other fees and each additional 100 sq. ft. is $15.. products needed TBD Large facilities are factored by intensity. We do offer DEEP Cleans without service contracts as well as service contracts.

Basic & Spring 

: Full home reset, excluding interior cabinets and interior refrigerator. We clean everything- every time. Condition sets the rate charged.

Deep Clean:

Full home including interior cabinets and refrigerator, walls and added granite treatment, sealed wood or sealed tile.
